Prescription Requests – Patient Notice

If you are going away and need to request your prescription a little earlier, please let us know, so we can issue it earlier in time for your holiday without any last minutes stress.

We are experiencing a high volume of patient requests currently and we need to reiterate that we cannot guarantee last minute requests in a shorter timeframe than the standard 3 days.

We respectfully ask that you do not become abusive or raise your voice with our staff members, as with all NHS services we have a Zero Tolerance Policy.
