Patient Navigator Assistant required at Oxted Health Centre.

The position is for 34.5 hours per week, with a requirement to work a mix of shifts:

Monday-Day Off

Tuesday-12.00-6.30pm

Wednesday-8.00am-6.30pm

Thursday-8.00am-5.00pm

Friday-08.00am-6.30pm

This is a fast-paced environment, and previous front of house experience is essential.

The role involves a combination of telephone, digital, and face-to-face patient contact, so confidence across multiple communication channels is key.

The candidate will need to have a methodical approach to work with excellent communication skills, ability to work within an established team in a fast paced working environment.
